About the Role
The successful candidate will serve as an all-around level 1 support resource, with primary duties ranging from setting up new users to being the first line of defense in resolving software and hardware issues. The position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities
• Triage incoming help requests received via email, phone call, text, social media.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end-users including WEI associates, family office employees and family members.
• Interact with customers to resolve tech-related questions and queries.
• Follow up with customers after resolving their issues.
• Keep records of tech issues and report back to management, development, or product departments.
• Provide mobile phone administration.
• Manage equipment ordering for the IT area.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Manage and process expense reports in a timely manner.

• Proficient with various technology platforms – Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in a supportive role requiring a high level of client service.
• Preferred experience working in small to medium sized companies.
• Preferred degree in computer science or information technology.
• Preferred prior experience in tech support, desktop support or a similar role.
• Ability to pass extensive background and driving record checks.
