Office Manager - Blue Crane

Job Description

Blue Crane is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as an Office Manager. The ideal teammate will possess excellent communication skills as well as the demonstrated ability to implement processes to increase efficiency and organization.

About the Position
You’ll join a top-notch team and support the Blue Crane office. The ideal candidate is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.

What you will do
You will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate the calendar for members of the executive team
• Greet guests and welcome them to the Blue Crane offices
• Coordinate meetings for the organization as a whole and for specific executives
• Plan onboarding schedules for new hires-meeting with HR, IT and business partners
• Order equipment and supplies
• Manage the company mail
• Maintain the employee handbook
• Coordinate building maintenance with building leaser
• Procure office equipment and furniture as needed
• Collect and process new employee paperwork
• Serve as a point of contact for Blue Crane for vendors, contractors and colleagues within the Walton ecosystem
• Process office invoices for payment
• Plan team functions-team building events, birthdays, holiday parties, etc.
• Track staff PTO and remote schedules
• Compile and submit travel and expense reimbursement reports
• Assist with general correspondence, staff expense reports, requests for information, creation and updating of files and records

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft office
