Summit Aviation is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to interact with the public in a professional manner. This position requires evening and weekend shifts.
About the Position
You’ll join a top-notch team and handle all aspects of the customer service experience at Summit Aviation.
What you will do
You will manage customer service through phone conversations with clients and interacting with flight school students.
Responsibilities
• Answer questions from customers and flight school students in person and over the telephone
• Check in and out flight school and test center students
• Greet customers and students as they enter the airport facilities
• Resolve customer service inquires efficiently and with a pleasant customer service attitude
• Exhibit detailed knowledge of the amenities at Bentonville Municipal Airport to new arrivals and visitors
• Assist customers with retail store merchandise
