Blue Crane is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to provide real estate services to multiple organizations.

About the Position
Youll join a top-notch team and assist in the acquisition and disposition of real estate on behalf of Blue Crane and its clients. You must be able to facilitate and execute real estate transactions on behalf of multiple entities.
What you will do
You will work with Blue Crane and affiliate team members, brokers and other market participants to identify, assess, and execute complex real estate transactions in the NWA community in a highly coordinated way. These transactions will, many times, be highly confidential, and thoughtful discretion will be paramount.
Serve as primary point-of-contact on real estate purchases for several very well capitalized Blue Crane related entities including both for profit and non-profit organizations
In coordination with the various entities, prepare and present property acquisition opportunities that are consistent with and help accomplish the desired strategies and goals
Engage and coordinate with a network of regional brokers, agents and representatives to assist with the identification and purchase of any selected properties, including ensuring anonymity for the owners and purchasing entity as needed
Coordinate and facilitate the negotiation process and prepare contracts for execution in coordination with specific entities and their counsel
Think creatively about real estate strategies and the NWA community broadly
Work with members of Blue Crane and affiliates PR and communications team, as necessary, to provide information about various real estate transactions
Implement a scalable framework for the real estate transaction process within Blue Crane (and affiliates more broadly), including maintenance of a database of owned properties, by entity
Collect and maintain real estate market data for multiple sub-markets in Northwest Arkansas
As needed, provide commentary, analysis and support for real estate investment or development efforts

Blue Crane provides real estate services to organizations working to revitalize and promote NWA through investments in local real estate and through land preservation activities. Blue Crane oversees a significant volume of real estate acquisition for commercial real estate development as well as for parks, open space, and trails.

B.S. Real Estate, Business, or a related field required
Experience coordinating and executing commercial/private real estate transactions
Ability and confidence to negotiate transaction details with various market participants, quickly and effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and in the extraction and use of data from geographic information systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to communicate with local property owners as well as business, legal, financial and real estate professionals
7-15 years of broker and/or asset management experience
A current knowledge of the real estate market, trends and community in Northwest Arkansas
