About the Position
The Administrator will provide an array of services to enhance organization, coordinate project deliverables and schedule meetings and travel.
What you will do
The Administrator will work within a team of Accountants providing administrative support for a multitude of business entities covering a vast array of disciplines.
Forms management to include completion of various internal and external forms for establishing new accounts, utilities, registrations, etc.
Handling issues and troubleshoot emerging problems as they arise
Franchise tax account verifications
Processing and researching items related to credit cards, including downloading statements, e-mailing cardholders and maintaining reward point balances
File management including opening and routing mail, document capture and electronic filing, and downloading of online activity
Scheduling meetings, events, luncheons, team-building activities, logistics and material presentations
Maintaining a calendar of workflow deadlines and coordinating due dates across multiple levels and departments
Assist with Power Point report formatting, assembling of reports and packages and coordination of delivery to appropriate recipients
Research and communication with vendors
Vendor setup and validation of mailing address and online payment information
Direct liaison with other departments to coordinate and disseminate information as appropriate
Preparation of Check Deposits, mailing of checks, delivery of deposits or payments to appropriate locations

About the Accounting Department
The Accounting Department provides a suite of services including accounts payable, accounts receivable, investment accounting, and grants administration. The accounting team supports the family households, Walton Enterprises, and the Walton Family Foundation.

Basic bookkeeping knowledge helpful, not required
