Job Description

Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Coordinator. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to be a highly motivated individual with a passion to serve and support a growing team.

About the Position
You’ll join a top-notch team and serve as a support resource to the Family Advisory Services Team, including Directors, Managers, Advisors, and Associates with duties ranging from administrative tasks to office organization. The position is based in Denver, Colorado.

What you will do
The Coordinator will serve as an all-around support resource to the Family Advisory Services Team, with duties ranging from general administrative tasks to office organization.

Responsibilities
• Facilitate calendar management including scheduling calls, in-person meetings, and video conferences.
• Reserve and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for both domestic and international trips.
• Manage and process expense reports in a timely manner.
• Arrange logistics for on and off-site meetings, including catering orders and room reservations.
• Attend and participate in weekly team meetings and keep accurate minutes.
• Complete light filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
• Print and distribute materials prior to meetings.
• Assist with processing and tracking courier services including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with partner offices and other departments and act as a point of connectivity.
• Proactively communicate with and provide complementary support to other Coordinators, and act as back-up when needed.

About the Fast Team
FAST: The Family Advisory Services Team (F.A.S.T.) works with the family principals to provide strategic advice and counsel across financial planning, business development, staffing, office operations, and personal matters. The F.A.S.T. team serves as a liaison between the Walton family households and Walton Enterprises. The team has members based in both the Bentonville, AR and Denver, CO offices.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative role or bachelor’s degree with 1-year relevant internship experience.
• Highly proficient with various technology platforms – Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Concur and DocuSign.
