Job Description

About the Position

Art Bridges is looking for an Evaluation Specialist that will plan and oversee Art Bridges research and evaluation efforts in collaboration with the Center for Audience Research and Evaluation (Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art). The Center serves as the externally contracted evaluation team supporting Art Bridges in measuring the foundation’s impact and goals. This position will include the development of timelines, budgets, instruments, pilot testing, data collection, analysis, and reporting to support the internal needs of Art Bridges departments and the external needs of our museum partners.

What you will do

You’ll join a top-notch team and will support the Foundation and its partners in the research, analytic and administrative work of developing Art Bridges evaluation projects.

This position will also serve as a liaison between Art Bridges and the Center for Audience Research and Evaluation.

You will be responsible for a broad portfolio, often juggling a variety of evaluation projects in various stages of completion.

Who we are looking for

You have a proven track record of designing and leading evaluation projects, and of working with diverse stakeholders to ensure that their data needs are met. You are a passionate administrator, detail-oriented, thoughtful, highly motivated, solutions-oriented, collaborative, and congenial, with well-developed writing, communication, and organizational skills.
