About the Position
You’ll join a top-notch technology team and provide business insights while supporting the WEI suite of software applications.
What you will do
You will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and support software solutions for the WEI organization, family offices and family members.
Responsibilities
Performing requirements analysis
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Understand and maintain organizational technology eco system configurations and documentation
Performing user acceptance testing
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
Determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and designing scalable, repeatable business processes where technology can help
Providing Level 2 and 3 support of a variety of inhouse and third-party built applications
Responding to user questions/issues via telephone call, email, and ticketing system
Participating in and sometimes leading change management activities
Developing training materials
Who we are looking for
Qualifications required for your success
At least 3 years work experience in management, finance or accounting, process improvement or IT
Experience working on an agile software development team
Broad understanding of business and application software
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
Proven ability to analyze and solve business problems
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
