Summit Aviation is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join the team as the Screen-Printing Manager. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability and experience to manage printing operations of our manual press.
About the Position
Youll join a top-notch team and handle all aspects of the Screen-Printing operations and customer service at Summit Aviation.
What you will do
You will manage customer service relationships and the operations of the Print-Screening Shop Manager through face-to-face and phone conversations with internal and external clients and merchandising the Summit Aviation retail space.
Responsibilities
Managing print operations and screen printers
Quality Control Inspections
Managing stock inventory items and ordering product
Color matching and ink mixing
Invoicing
Managing flight centers retail stock
Designing new shirts for retail center and customers
Who we are looking for
Qualifications required for your success
2 years experience in Screen Printing operations
Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator, preferably Adobe Suite
Knowledgeable in RIP (Raster Image Processing) software
Knowledgeable with manual presses
Additional Helpful Experience Includes
Previous customer service experience
Previous outside sales experience a plus

Basic Qualifications
2 years experience in Screen Printing operations
Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator, preferably Adobe Suite
Knowledgeable in RIP (Raster Image Processeing) software
Knowledgeable with manual presses
