Job Description

Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Senior Recruiting Manager to recruit talent for all of our private family’s support staff and executive level entity roles. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to develop relationships and acquire talent to meet our family and entity staffing needs.

About the Position

You’ll join a top-notch team and manage the full-cycle recruiting and selection process for multiple family households and their entities. This strategic recruiting role sources talent for entry to upper level exempt and non-exempt positions in private households and executive level roles in their business entities by developing a pipeline of candidates for positions through various sourcing techniques.


What you will do

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to strategically guide workforce planning, aid in organizational design, define ideal candidate skills and experience, source talent pools and finalize the selection process. You will recruit nannies, chefs, butlers, pilots, estate managers, personal assistants, baby nurses and much more for our families. You will also recruit executive level roles including CEO's, CFO's, CTO's, etc., for the entities you support.


Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with leaders to assist in organizational design, determine gaps in talent and forecast current and future recruitment needs
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional area
• Develops and implements cost-effective recruiting strategies tied to functional area objectives by establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with functional leaders and hiring managers
• Setting and following functional recruiting objectives and strategic intent
• Advising, educating, and consulting with hiring managers on recruiting process, strategy, and market conditions
• Applies creative solutions in solving challenging recruitment issues
• Engages and manages external vendors (for example, search firms, marketing companies)
• Plans and executes the interview process by communicating expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, customers, hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process
• Monitors the effectiveness of recruitment programs by analyzing and communicating hiring results (for example, demographics, diversity, retention)
• Researching and benchmarking industry best practices to refine program strategies
• Manages multiple strategic projects supporting the recruiting process by developing and maintaining project schedule and scope
• Identifies and tracks milestones
• Identifies, builds, and manages collaborative relationships with external organizations by serving as a primary contact for the company
• Builds accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results

Qualifications required for your success

• Proven strategic experience in full lifecycle recruiting or talent acquisition at an executive level
• Strong sourcing skills including sourcing of passive talent
• In-depth experience using and training others to effectively use recruiting systems (ATS) and tools (for example, job boards, social media).
• Experience designing and generating reports in human resource information systems (for example, Workday) and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Search firm experience with an organization that provides household staffing
• Workforce planning and analysis
• Labor Market research and analysis
• HR or Recruiting systems implementation
