Blue Crane, a development and real estate company headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as Director of Leasing. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in commercial leasing, preferably as a landlord representative, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Blue Crane leasing team including prospecting, offers, extensions, renewals, expansions and new project lease-ups.
What you will do
You will be responsible for creating and implementing the company leasing strategy, managing the leasing team, managing tenant and brokerage relationships, project marketing, forecasting, lease negotiation, and financial analysis. You will be a key leader of an engaged, high-performing team.
Specific Job Responsibilities
Management and oversight of all commercial leasing activities associated with a best-in-class portfolio located primarily in Bentonville;
Managing, training, and scaling the leasing team, as well as coordinating with legal, property management, finance, accounting and facilities teams;
Creating and implementing a leasing strategy to enhance property performance and curate the ideal tenant mix for the portfolio;
Lease negotiations through lease execution and tenant move-in;
Oversight of leasing report preparation and presentation to leadership team;
Ownership of annual budgeting process as it relates to leasing assumptions and forecasting;
Maintaining deep market knowledge and trends within the Northwest Arkansas region;
Establishing a strong industry network to foster relationships in the brokerage and tenant communities;
Supporting the Investments and Acquisitions teams with respect to strategic planning, acquisitions, and dispositions while monitoring market activity and identifying potential business opportunities;
Maintain database integrity for all leasing activities; and
Sharing best practices and experience with inter-departmental team members and encouraging productive communication across the organization.

7+ years of commercial leasing experience (preferably in landlord representation);
