The family office relies upon many shared services provided by a central office, Walton Enterprises, Inc. (WEI), with locations in Bentonville, AR, Denver, CO and Washington, DC. WEI serves the needs of the broader Walton family and works in partnership and collaboration with family offices of individual family members, including Builders Vision.
Position Summary
Builders Vision is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technician, reporting to the Head of Data Science and Technology, to provide technical support services for all aspects of the impact platform. You will assist in building, monitoring, and maintaining the computer systems and networks for a team of ~100 professional staff. The position will work closely with the Cloud & Endpoint Systems Admin and other members on the Data Science & Technology team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring the proper functioning of user workstations, software, and peripherals. You will provide first line support by installing, maintaining, and repairing IT and A/V systems, networks, computers, and networking software systems. You will be customer facing, providing training and support to customers spanning all levels of the organization.
