About the Position
Members of the WEI finance operations team serve as trusted partners, working closely with other WEI teams to ensure financial and business processes are designed to run simply and efficiently. In this capacity, a Financial Analyst will support WEI business leaders to develop and execute against their department budgets and manage processes that drive the overall financial results of the company.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and a service-oriented partner who will work to deliver world class service to our business partners.
The Financial Analyst will support a Sr. Financial Analyst and other WEI teams to drive WEI financial performance and ensure financial operations run efficiently.

About the Finance Operations Team
The Financial Operations Team manages all financial processes for the WEI offices. The team manages revenue/billing and supports all departments in budgeting and expense management. The team prepares the consolidated financial statements for the company, supporting the leadership team with analysis, reporting and special projects. Members are currently based exclusively in Bentonville, AR.
