About the Position
You will join a top-notch team supporting strategic and operational objectives. You will design, organize, manage, and report on complex HR projects.
What you will do
As a Sr. HR Project Manager, you will identify and assist in designing, organizing, managing, and planning complex HR-related solutions, ensuring these adhere to the organization’s objectives and policies. You will plan, direct, and implement a variety of HR programs/projects which may include components of learning and development, DEIB, compensation / benefits, researching / updating policies, and creating HR documents. You may also coach and influence others in the company on HR processes and systems. You will need to be an adaptive learner, who can manage multiple tasks across multiple projects, leveraging and applying your experience effectively. You will design and document organizational and operational processes to support program and process execution.
Responsibilities
Leads multiple cross-functional, multi-location, often sensitive, projects and programs of high impact and high value to the company
Provides big-picture perspective for projects to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
Implements, evaluates, and benchmarks learning and development and DEIB projects in alignment with strategic objectives.
Partners with Sr. HR Partners to build talent strategy from design through implementation to advance learning and development, DEIB and the mission of the organizations
Implements, evaluates, and benchmarks assessments of engagement surveys, evaluations, operational processes, compliance training, and/or other work practices
Defines, designs, and builds flexible solutions that will be used across the HR function to solve common business problems and that integrate efficiently into the existing business function
Provides clear project direction to ensure projects meet deadlines and provide consistent updates to appropriate stakeholders
Provides data gathering and research
Communicates high level strategic intent of projects, while also involved with details to ensure overall project success
Translates business objectives into projects with clearly defined scope, timing, deliverables, resources, key measures of success
Formulates and continually re-assesses the appropriate project management approach and project management skill set / resourcing mix across internal and external partners to ensure all project tasks are completed and overall objectives are achieved
Partners with resources from across the organization, business units, and other stakeholders as appropriate
Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Supports the ongoing development of best practices and tools for learning and development, DEIB, HR project management, and execution
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced individual, who is an expert at managing multiple projects, creating, and delivering reports including spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and learning, across multiple businesses / departments as required. Having effective communication skills will be key as you build high-trust relationships with employees at all levels and collaborate with HR partners and other internal and external clients. The position can be demanding and requires juggling and prioritizing of many projects.
Qualifications required for your success
Minimum seven years of relevant project management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to identify audience appropriate delivery
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with ability to produce detailed and complex spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
Proficient with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software
Additional Helpful Experience Includes
Previous HR project management experience, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with HR project management tools and methods to include risk management, strategic planning and change management.
Structured Project Management training and/or certification
Ability to analyze data and situations to provide effective and efficient solutions

Benefits Information*
Compensation Range: $$132,000 - $165,000
Benefits Information: We offer a comprehensive and generous benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
