The Urban Design role will support the strategic planning activities of Runway’s Chief Strategy team via research, analysis, site planning, mapping/drawing, graphic design, and the management of third-party consultants. This position provides an opportunity to work as a multi-disciplinary professional in a role with broad impact across the Runway ecosystem.

Candidates will be required to submit a portfolio of work demonstrating their experience and expertise related to urban design, site planning, graphic design, and design software proficiency.
This position operates in a professional office environment during regular business hours. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, multi-use photocopier machine and personal cell phone. Occasional remote work at the discretion of the hiring manager.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear, and consistently communicate over the phone, email and in person throughout the day. The team member frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Will require the ability to travel and carry luggage to and from destination weighing 25-35 lbs.
