Blue Crane, a development and real estate company headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as Maintenance Technician. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to support our Assets, Tenants, Facilities and Maintenance Staff.
What you will do
You will assist the Facilities Technicians and Maintenance Supervisor with a variety of tasks from basic labor to very technical troubleshooting.
Specific Job Responsibilities
While keeping Customer Service, Communication and Response Time in mind, you will make sure all work orders are completed in a timely manner
Assist subcontractors with projects in a safe and efficient manner and over see their work
Schedule work and repairs to be performed with Property Manager and Tenants to fit the schedule of all parties involved
Keep the grounds of properties clean of debris, trash and other unsightly material
Help maintain grounds and coordinate third parties when needed
Light paint and drywall touch ups
Minor drain and plumbing repair (e.g. leaking drains, sinks and irrigation)
Minor electrical troubleshooting (e.g. light fixtures, fans and low voltage)
Responsible for light bulbs interior and exterior
Hanging art, pictures, paper towel holders, soap dispensers etc...
Assembling items that arrive unassembled (e.g. furniture, lockers, chairs, desks)
Keep track of hours through the Yardi work order software
Maintain the tools and truck that will be provided for use during your work day
Moving office supplies and furniture as needed
Continue training to gain knowledge and keep up with the structures we are building

5+ years of experience in Maintenance
