Blue Crane, a development and real estate company headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial/self-starter to join the Finance team. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to support stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary role.
What you would do
Analysis: Transform data into meaningful insight helping to improve performance and overall sustainability of the company
Financing: Leverage a network of partners to help execute our debt strategy
Forecasting/Budgeting: Aid in the development of cash forecasts and property/operating budgets
Operations: Help create management processes to improve the customer experience while optimizing returns
Reporting: Extract and transform data to build, manage, and share impactful reports and insight to stakeholders across the organization
Development Underwriting: Partner with the Development team to create Investment Committee models and memos
Investments and Joint Ventures: Assist in underwriting and managing potential and existing investments and with third party partners
What we’re looking for
Qualifications required for your success
5+ years of real estate experience in finance, banking, or accounting
Experience with full cycle real estate financial analytics
Fundamental understanding of accounting, finance, and commercial/residential real estate principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Precise attention to detail is critical
Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities at any given time
