About the Position
You’ll join a top-notch team and provide financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed, and expenses are managed efficiently and accurately.
What you will do
Responsibilities
Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to release of funds
1099 due diligence and preparation of support schedules
Sales and Use Tax reports, coordinating timely payment
Support of loan management, payment remission, and renewals
Support of records related to construction projects, adherence to approved contracts and established guidelines, coordinating timely and accurate payments
Travel and related trip invoices, schedules
Check writing/wire creation capability
Review and manage W-9s
Expense reports
Property tax assessments and other processes related to property tax payments
General and specific workflow processes, efficiencies, and accuracy
Who we are looking for
Qualifications required for your success
Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of experience in an Accounts Payable role in a professional setting
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Experience using Microsoft GP and SharePoint
Proficient in use of Word, Excel, Access and Outlook Microsoft Office applications

Basic Qualifications
